SERVICES

HOSPICE CARE
Our hospice care is provided by a dedicated team of more than 100 skilled professionals, including doctors, nurses, certified nursing assistants, social workers, volunteers, chaplains, and bereavement counselors, all known for their exceptional compassion. At Hospice of the Golden Isles, we offer hospice care in the comfort of your own home, whether it's a private residence, an assisted living facility, a nursing home, a hospital, or our Hospice House.

PALLIATIVE CARE
Palliative Care is a specialized medical care, which primarily focuses on relieving the symptoms of chronic disease and prolonging the life of patients. The goal is to reduce and avoid pain and to improve quality of living for patients and the families who care for them. A team of doctors, nurses, social workers, and other specialists do this, collaborating with a patient’s existing doctors to offer additional support.

GRIEF & HEALING
Grief and healing is a process that needs not to be rushed. At Hospice of the Golden Isles, we have supported numerous individuals and families through their grief journeys. These experiences have provided us with the knowledge and resources to offer comfort as you navigate your own unique path through grief. These services help families understand the value of love, family, and community.

VETERANS SUPPORT
At Hospice of the Golden Isles, we prioritize offering veterans personalized care and recognition that honors their service to our country. Military veterans, particularly those who have faced combat, often experience serious illnesses differently than those who haven't served. Our care team is trained to identify and address the unique physical and emotional challenges these heroes may face.
